SiseLEAN Recipes

The SiseLEAN Weight Management Shake is currently only available in vanilla. While I happen to love it just as it is, it’s nice to change things up a bit, so AC & I have been fiddling with some various flavor combinations.

All recipes can be made as a liquid shake with the shaker or blended with ice. We use a single-serve blender for those, and you can adjust your water/ice to your personal preference. Obviously, recipes with fruit will need to be blended or pureed.

Remember that while 1 scoop of SiseLEAN powder is only 76 calories. Adding additional ingredients will add extra body & flavor to your shake, and also to the total calories of your finished beverage. *** “WE” (a.k.a. AC & Bernadette) do not personally recommend using artificially sweetened products (those containing aspartame, sucralose, etc.) to your shakes due to the harmful nature of those products. *** Calorie contents are intentionally NOT provided, as you will be adjusting the recipes to your taste.

We hope you’ll find one or more that you like!
