AC & I have been using Sisel SupraShine Toothpaste for a few months, and I am happy to report that we have finally found the ONE toothpaste that we both can agree on!

SupraShine has a mild, minty flavor, and cleans teeth very well with only a pea-sized amount.  ** Ever notice how the directions always say  to use a “pea-sized amount” but commercials show a long, swirly application? That’s brainwash advertising, folks! But I digress …  **

Most toothpaste labels have the following warnings: “Keep out of the reach of children under 6 years of age” and to “seek medical help or contact poison control” if an amount more than used for brushing is swallowed. Don’t believe me? Go check YOUR toothpaste!

Sisel SupraShine Toothpaste recommends adult supervision, but states that their product is “safe for children.”

My dear mother-in-law, who is sensitive to many products, says that this is the ONLY toothpaste that doesn’t make her mouth burn.

SupraShine also helps re-mineralize teeth. As someone who whitened her teeth for years with harsh products, I had damage I thought was irreversible, but after 7 months of using this toothpaste, my teeth feel less sensitive – without strong, toxic  flouride treatments.

We’ve noticed that our mouths feel clean for a longer period of time. Don’t know what ingredient(s) are responsible for that, but do I care? NOPE! I’m just happy about it. =D

So there you have it! If  you’ve been looking for a toothpaste that is safe & effective for the entire family, this one fits the bill. Get yourself a SupraShine smile today by ordering from our website at www.intensehealthnow.com.

The SiseLEAN Weight Management Shake is currently only available in vanilla. While I happen to love it just as it is, it’s nice to change things up a bit, so AC & I have been fiddling with some various flavor combinations.

All recipes can be made as a liquid shake with the shaker or blended with ice. We use a single-serve blender for those, and you can adjust your water/ice to your personal preference. Obviously, recipes with fruit will need to be blended or pureed.

Remember that while 1 scoop of SiseLEAN powder is only 76 calories. Adding additional ingredients will add extra body & flavor to your shake, and also to the total calories of your finished beverage. *** “WE” (a.k.a. AC & Bernadette) do not personally recommend using artificially sweetened products (those containing aspartame, sucralose, etc.) to your shakes due to the harmful nature of those products. *** Calorie contents are intentionally NOT provided, as you will be adjusting the recipes to your taste.

We hope you’ll find one or more that you like!

Cooper SiseLean Story: Week 3

October 31, 2011

Starting out week 3, and I have lost almost 6 pounds by just replacing one meal per day with a SiseLEAN shake! But better than that, I am losing inches again, and the visual confirmation means more to me than the numbers on the scale. The jeans I was able to fit back into after [...]

And, [...]

Cooper SiseLean Story: Day 3

October 15, 2011

Day 3: I’m 177, AC is 201.2. Guess the scale is right after all! I opted for the strawberry banana combo for breakfast as did he, just to see how things go. I have to force myself to eat in the morning, so this will be interesting. He has grapefruit, some veggies, & a yummy [...]

Cooper SiseLean Story: Day 4

October 15, 2011

Day 4: We are weighing in on different scales, so the numbers may or may not be accurate, although AC says his daddy’s is dead-on. I’m at 176.2 & he’s at 199.8. WOOT! That’s even after we ate sandwiches before we left the house, some Franken-food along the way, and dad’s coconut cake once we [...]

SISEL is More than Weight Loss

October 14, 2011
Thumbnail image for SISEL is More than Weight Loss

SISEL is more than weight loss. It’s about total wellness. Weight loss excites me because I have spent the past few years really struggling with my weight. Even doctors told me it would be impossible to lose & keep it off due to a faulty thyroid that is resistant to medication and dietary changes.  So [...]

Cooper SiseLean Story: Day 2

October 14, 2011

Day 2: The scale said 177.8, but I swear something MUST be wrong, because I sat & mindlessly ate some (10!) caramels while sitting in bed piddling on the computer. AC was at 202.2 – one pound exactly! This time I made him a shake, adding 4 frozen strawberries & 1/2 a small banana to [...]
