Day 3: I’m 177, AC is 201.2. Guess the scale is right after all! I opted for the strawberry banana combo for breakfast as did he, just to see how things go. I have to force myself to eat in the morning, so this will be interesting. He has grapefruit, some veggies, & a yummy homemade vegetable soup for lunch. Forgot to give him fruit for snacks, but he’ll improvise. I’m going to have soup & a piece of fruit.
Today we head out to the in-laws, so we’ll probably blow it a little. Sometimes comfort food is required, and our visits with the folks fall within that boundary
**********
One thing I have noticed is that I have more energy after I drink my shake! I’m not bouncing off the walls but I’m not getting the slumps I used to get, even when I’m not getting enough sleep. I’m also not feeling bloated like I have with “other” shakes.
I am (re)learning to pay attention to when I am truly hungry or that it’s the time I am programmed to eat. I think that’s the biggest problem with most of us. We have set times we think we should eat, or we eat out of boredom or stress.
**This is the story of AC & Bernadette Cooper’s weight loss with Sisel’s Fit & Fabulous SiseLean Weight Management Shake. Each day begins with Eternity (3/4 oz. for him, 1/2 oz. for her). When AC gets home, I pour each of us 1/2 oz of SpectraMaxx and 1/2 oz. FuCoyDon. We also drink lot of water during the day (up to a gallon for me, but I’m a freak of nature!) We aren’t really counting calories, just making wise choices. I spent a little extra of fresh fruit & veggies, but we’re not limiting ourselves to a strict regimen.**
